Regardless of whether the parents were there or not, murderers will do what they do if ANYBODY is there. He did it OUTSIDE. Nobody deserves to be MURDERED. How DARE you blame the parents Bill. These children were having fun at a holiday party. You think the parents aren't feeling guilt? The kids were being responsible, besides the one who maliciously killed an innocent person. Think before you speak, Bill.

Last I knew Bill, not only are you old enough to vote at eighteen but you can also stay home alone! Please! Parents get blamed enough, but at some point we are adults and make our own decision...Hosting a party with alcohol available to minors is wrong, the additional 9 (probably intoxicated) people were released to responsible individuals it didn't state their parents...This was not a costume and candy party of 13 year olds here,
Whether it was this home or a college dorm....underaged adults will party and drink if they choose too...illegal or not. I do not agree that it is right, but it is fact.
